If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your MyHeritage account, please click here. Make sure you're logged out before accessing the link. If we have a phone number linked with your MyHeritage account, we will use that phone number to send you an SMS to help verify your identity. If there is no phone number linked, you have an option to answer verification questions.
If you have access to your account, and wish to change your registered email address, please take the following steps:
1. Log in with your current email address and password.
2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. Select ‘Account settings’ from the drop-down menu.
4. Click ‘Change email’.
5. Enter the new email in the ‘Email’ box and confirming the password, then scroll down and click ‘Save’.
NOTE:
If you have one or more activated DNA kits but didn’t set up the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account yet, the message below will pop up, informing you that an email has been sent to your current registered email address with instructions on how to proceed.
