To reset your password, simply go to https://promethease.com/user/sign-in and click on 'Forgot your Password?':
After you enter your email address, we'll email you the reset instructions.
In order to change your email address, click on 'Reports', you will then see the option to click on 'Change your account email address':
Since we no longer store data and reports are now sent directly to your email.
If you're having trouble accessing your old account, the best solution is to simply create a new one with your preferred email address instead.
