A subscription that has been purchased via the MyHeritage or Reimagine app can only be canceled through Google Play or App Store, depending on your mobile device.
To cancel the automatic renewal of a MyHeritage or Reimagine subscription that was purchased directly from the app, please follow these instructions:
Android users
1. On your device, open the Google Play Store:
2. Tap the Menu icon:
3. Tap Subscriptions:
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel subscription.
iOS users
1. Go to the Settings app:
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Important: Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged. In that case, please contact Apple Store or Google Play.
