A free trial period that has been started via the MyHeritage app can only be canceled through Google Play or App Store, depending on your mobile device.
Note:
Canceling your free trial does not delete your account or your data. You can come back anytime and continue where you left off by logging into your MyHeritage account.
To cancel your MyHeritage free trial that was started directly from the app, please follow the instructions below. Click on the arrow next to either Android or iOs in order to open the relevant collapsible section.

1. On your device, open the Google Play Store:
2. Tap the Menu icon:
3. Tap Subscriptions:
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel subscription.
iOS users

1. Go to the Settings app:
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Free Trial.
Note:
If you don't see a free trial, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Important:
Uninstalling an app will not automatically stop your free trial. You must cancel it as explained above. If you uninstall the app without canceling your free trial, you will still be charged. In that case, please contact Apple Store or Google Play.
