A subscription purchased via the Reimagine app can only be canceled through Google Play or the App Store, depending on your mobile device.
To cancel the automatic renewal of any Reimagine subscription or the 7-day free trial for the annual subscription, please follow the instructions below:
Android users
1. On your device, open the Google Play Store:
2. Tap the Menu icon:
3. Tap Subscriptions:
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap Cancel subscription
iOS users
1. Go to the Settings app:
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
Please note that by canceling the 7-day free trial, you will immediately lose access to all paid features on Reimagine.
Note: If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Important:
Uninstalling the Reimagine app will not automatically stop your subscription. Your subscription must be cancelled via the App Store or Google Play to avoid incurring further charges. If you did not cancel your subscription and were charged, please contact Apple or Google via the app stores to request a refund.
