A subscription that has been purchased via the MyHeritage app can only be canceled through Google Play or App Store, depending on your mobile device.

In case you purchased a subscription directly on the website, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to www.myheritage.com on your browser.
2. Click on your name on the upper right corner of the Home page and go to 'My purchases'.
3. Under 'My purchases' select the relevant subscription - a site, data or photo subscription.
4. You will see the type of plan and the next billing date. To cancel the next automatic renewal, click on 'Cancel my subscription'.
