How can I cancel the automatic renewal of a subscription?

A subscription that has been purchased via the MyHeritage app can only be canceled through Google Play or App Store, depending on your mobile device.

To cancel the automatic renewal of a MyHeritage subscription that was purchased directly from the app, please read this article.

In case you purchased a subscription directly on the website, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to www.myheritage.com on your browser. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

2. Click on your name on the upper right corner of the Home page and go to 'My purchases'.

3. Under 'My purchases' select the relevant subscription - a site, data or photo subscription.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​4. You will see the type of plan and the next billing date. To cancel the next automatic renewal, click on 'Cancel my subscription'.
