Raviv, our Chief Financial Officer, oversees all aspects of the company's financial management, including managing financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance. Raviv is dedicated to maintaining the financial health and stability of the company, enabling informed decision-making and supporting sustainable growth.
Raviv is responsible for comprehensive financial reporting for the executive team, board of directors, and shareholders including the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prior to joining MyHeritage, Raviv served as CFO with NeoGames ("NGMS"), where he led the financial strategy and operations for the organization, including the company’s public listing on NASDAQ, which significantly enhanced market visibility and access to capital. Following the IPO, an underwritten secondary sale further strengthened the company's financial position. Raviv also played a role in raising $220 million in debt financing from Blackstone Credit, providing capital to further allow the company to execute its M&A process of a $400 million acquisition, which expanded the company’s market presence and capabilities.
Raviv is married with three wonderful children. He enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new places, and creating memorable experiences. In his spare time he also enjoys sports, swimming and cycling in particular.
