If you are having trouble locating your MyHeritage account, it is often because it was created using an email address you don't frequently use or a private sign-in service. Follow the steps below to help identify and access your account.

Search all your email accounts for a "Welcome to MyHeritage" message. This email is sent automatically when you sign up and confirms the specific address associated with your tree or DNA kit. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it in your main inbox.

Do you remember if you have made a purchase on MyHeritage? Your past transactions can provide a clear trail to the correct account. Search your various email inboxes for the following specific email titles:
MyHeritage DNA kits
Search for emails titled "Thank you for your purchase" or "Your MyHeritage DNA kit has been shipped." You may also see status updates like "Your DNA kit arrived at the lab" or "Your DNA results are ready."
Subscriptions
Search for emails titled "Thank you for your MyHeritage purchase" or "Confirmation of your MyHeritage subscription." If you are on a free trial, look for "Your MyHeritage free trial has started."
Photo features
If you have used tools like MyHeritage In Color or Deep Nostalgia, look for emails titled "Your MyHeritage photos are ready" or notifications about photo enhancements.
The email address where you received these receipts or notifications is the one linked to your MyHeritage account.

If you cannot find a welcome email or purchase receipt, try to recall if you registered using a different name or variation. Sometimes accounts are created under a spouse's email or a secondary work address.

If you used the Sign in with Apple option, you may have created your MyHeritage account using a private Apple ID email. If you do not have the MyHeritage app installed, you can still find this email address through your Apple device settings.

Open the Settings app on your device and tap your name at the very top.
Tap Sign in & Security.
Tap Sign in with Apple.
Find and select MyHeritage from the list of apps.
Under the section labeled This App Received, you will see your unique private relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).

Click the Apple menu and select System Settings.
Click your name at the top of the sidebar.
Select Sign in & Security, then click Sign in with Apple.
Click on MyHeritage to view the private email address associated with your account.

If you have the app installed, you can find this information by clicking the hamburger symbol (three horizontal lines) and selecting My Account. The email field will display your private Apple ID email along with a copy button.
After having located your email address
Once you have your email address, you can use it to log in to the MyHeritage website.
