I changed my phone number/device, what can I do if I don’t get the Two-Factor-authentication (2FA) code?

If you can't log into your account because you have lost access, please ​​​​​​​click here to disable the Two-Factor Authentication. Make sure you're logged out before accessing the link. If we have a phone number linked with your MyHeritage account, we will use that phone number to send you an SMS to help verify your identity. If there is no phone number linked, you have an option to answer verification questions.
