For privacy reasons, DNA kits results can not be transferred from one user’s account to another user’s account, which is why we recommend each adult taking our test to have their own MyHeritage account.
If you are managing someone else’s DNA kit, you can invite the test-taker to see their DNA results on your family site to access their results You can read about that here: I activated someone else’s DNA kit. How can they view their results?
If you would like to share the results of any DNA kit that you manage with someone other than the test-taker, we recommend you to use our sharing feature. Our sharing feature allows you to share DNA results from any kit you manage or have been assigned to with a collaborator. To learn how to do this, please click here.
If you have multiple accounts on MyHeritage and would like to merge all data including the DNA kits into one account, please contact us through our Contact Form on the Contact us page by clicking on "DNA & Health Support", then "Manage DNA kits" and "Continue" at the bottom of the questions list.
If the DNA kit was assigned or managed by someone who has passed away, please contact us for next steps through our Contact Form on the Contact us page by clicking on "DNA & Health Support", then "Manage DNA kits" and "Continue" at the bottom of the questions list.
