Hi Anyone out there, I'm looking for my great grandfather Daniel Barr place of birth He was born so I'm told in Co Derry Northern Ireland sometime around 1843 - a couple of years, moved to Alnwick in Northumberland where I found him in 1869 married to a Winifred Rown/Roan. They later moved to Co Durham settled in Haughall Village, near Durham City where two daughters were born, moved to North Pittington were a son was born,moved to Meadowfield and Browney and finally to Croxdale where the remainder of his family was born. The main area I'm looking for is the village or town where Daniel was born in Northern Ireland, in order to progress further into the past.
