To track your DNA kit order, please log into MyHeritage and then move your mouse over the DNA tab on your Home page.
From the menu that appears, click on 'Manage Kits':
If you're logged in, you can also click on the following link to access the page directly: https://www.myheritage.com/dna/manage/
On the right of the DNA kit you want to track, click on the three dots and select 'Track kit':
This will take you to a page where you will be able to track this DNA kit from the moment of your purchase until your results are ready.
If your kit has been shipped, you can click on ‘Click here to view your kit's shipping status’ to be redirected to the site of the shipping company handling your order.
You will be able to find the shipping tracking numbers on their website.
Please note that shipping companies work with local postal carriers to deliver the package, once the package is in the destination country. To track your kit in the destination country, simply use the local tracking number for the listed delivery.
Note:
Upon receiving the product, you may be required to pay additional import taxes or other fees, depending on the customs policy of the destination country. To learn more about the duties that may apply to your delivery, please seek assistance from your local Customs & Border Protection office.
