Aartsen Family Web Site

My name is Margaret Aartsen and I am the Webmaster of this site.I am the only child of Willem and Sereana Aartsen, and I'm trying to locate any ancestors from either my mother or fathers family.  My father recently passed away and I have no knowledge of my Dutch heritage or family.  My father was born in Waarder, Netherlands back in 1934 and eventually migrated to Australia in the early 70's settling in Junee NSW, before moving on and settling permanently in Auckland, New Zealand marrying his Fijian Penpal, my mother, Sereana Marakiwai Ligani.My mother on the other hand was born in Fiji and her village base was Kuva, Tailevu.  I've tried to obtain information out of her about her background but she is unsure of exact details and dates.This site was created using MyHeritage.com.
