Sumpter Noblitt Lowe Cleveland Family Website

My name is Carol Dawn Sumpter and I started this site after my father, William Joseph Sumpter, passed away on 7/11/2011. I decided it was time to dig into the family history further just to see what I could find. I have always known there was a connection through my dad to Fort Sumter but I've not known the specifics.Although my primary focus initially is the Sumpter family, I want to look into the rest of my family as well.
