If you are trying to re-assign a DNA kit according to the instructions shown here, but you don’t have an option to re-assign:
If your kit is a MyHeritage DNA Health kit then it cannot be re-assigned. Health Reports are personal and this information is strictly private. To protect users’ privacy, each MyHeritage user can only see his or her own health results. If you purchased a health kit as a gift, the recipient will have to create a MyHeritage account and activate their own kit in order to receive their results.
If you have upgraded a MyHeritage DNA kit to MyHeritage DNA Health and the kit is not assigned to the correct individual, please contact our customer support by clicking “No” at the bottom of this article.
