You can easily find your account ID on your MyHeritage app for Apple or Android devices by following the steps below:
1. Open or log in to your app with your registered email address.
If you have an active MyHeritage subscription make sure you log into the account for which you purchase the subscription.
2. Tap on the icon in the upper left corner of the screen to open the menu:
3. Go to 'Settings':
You will find your account ID number on the right of ‘My account’, as shown below:
