You can easily find your account ID on your family site by following the steps below:
1. Log in to your family site with your registered email address.
If you have an active MyHeritage subscription, make sure to log in to the account for which you purchased the subscription.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu, you will find your account ID number just below ‘Log out’
