MyHeritage has a unique approach, and I love the challenge of having to think creatively on a daily basis. 
As VP Legal & General Counsel at MyHeritage, Lina oversees all legal aspects of the company’s operations.
Since joining MyHeritage in 2013, Lina has facilitated the successful acquisition of several companies. She also played an integral role in the company’s acquisition by Francisco Partners in 2021. Prior to MyHeritage, Lina spent 6 years at Goldfarb Gross Seligman, where she worked in the International Corporate and Securities Department. While at the firm, Lina provided legal counsel and representation to clients in the hi-tech sector, including entrepreneurs, start-ups, investors, and technology companies operating in a broad array of fields. Lina advised clients on all corporate matters, from a company’s founding, through rounds of funding, and eventually to an exit. In this capacity, Lina led her clients through successful mergers and acquisitions.
Lina holds a BA in business administration and an LLB from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University. She spent part of her MBA studies at NYU’s Stern School of Business.
In her spare time, Lina likes to travel, bake, and watch critically-acclaimed films.
