Neta, our Chief People Officer, oversees all aspects of Human Resources at MyHeritage, focusing on talent development, company culture, and leadership.
For the past 23 years, Neta has held a number of senior HR positions in various industries and companies, including Glasshouse Technologies, Amdocs, and most recently, as the SVP HR at 888 Holdings. Neta studied Social Behavior at Bar Ilan University and Management & Organizational Behavior at Lahav, Tel Aviv University.
Throughout her career as an HR leader in global tech companies, Neta has mastered organizational transformations, M&As, and mentored leaders, while driving operational excellence and talent engagement. Neta is passionate about fostering excellence and empowering people and communities to drive success. She believes that data and technology are key success factors in modern-advanced organizations.
Neta is a guest lecturer in the MA Organizational Development Program at the Peres Academic Center, and to follow her heart, Neta volunteers in different ways, focusing on boosting young women's confidence, professional capabilities, and employability. Together with the HR team, Neta is committed to creating an environment that inspires and brings the best out of people. Her mission is to support business objectives while making sure that MyHeritage is the best place to work, and is ready for a bright future.
Neta is happily married to Alon, and together they are the proud parents of three children. In her spare time she enjoys interior design and gourmet baking.
