Use this article to send your MyHeritage DNA 360° sample back to the lab.
In the United States and the United Kingdom, your MyHeritage DNA 360° kit includes a prepaid return envelope, so you don't need to pay for postage.

How to send back your MyHeritage DNA 360° sample
Activate your kit: Make sure your MyHeritage DNA 360° kit is activated online. The analysis of your sample can't begin until activation is complete. See: How do I activate my MyHeritage DNA 360° kit?
Pack your sample: Place the vial in the plastic bag with the cotton pad from your MyHeritage DNA 360° kit.
Write the address on the envelope: Write the address of the lab or the collection center on the prepaid return envelope from your kit. The addresses are in the next section.
Seal the envelope: Put the bag in the prepaid return envelope and seal the envelope. If you have more than one kit, use a separate envelope for each sample.
Ship the envelope: No postage payment is needed. Drop off the envelope at a local post office.
💡 Good to know: You don't need to write your name on the vial or the envelope, because the activation code on the vial identifies your sample once it reaches the lab. You can keep your activation card. There is no need to put it in the envelope.

What happens after I send my sample?
Once the lab receives your MyHeritage DNA 360° sample, we'll email you to let you know. You'll receive your results 6–8 weeks after the lab receives your sample, and we'll email you again when they're ready.
