Log in to your MyHeritage account on the web and select “Traits” from the DNA menu.
Clicking this button takes you to the main Traits page, where you can learn all about the DNA Traits product. To get it, click "Unlock your Trait reports." Once you complete your purchase, you'll be sent back to the main Traits page. From there, click "Generate Trait Reports" (indicated below in red).
Important Information about the purchase of DNA Traits
Consent Required: To generate your Trait reports, you must consent to the processing of your DNA data.
Report Availability: The reports will typically be ready much sooner, but may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as they are available.
Multiple Kits: If you manage more than one DNA kit, a separate upgrade purchase is required for each kit. If you upgrade a kit you manage for another MyHeritage member, both you and the test-taker will be able to view the reports.
DNA Uploads: You can upgrade to receive Trait reports even if you previously uploaded your DNA data from Ancestry, 23andMe, or FamilyTreeDNA (FTDNA).
