What Happens to My Family Tree When My Subscription Expires?

If your subscription expires, here’s what you should expect:

  • Your Data Remains: You can still view your family tree and any data in your family site. We will not delete photos, family trees or any data in your account.
    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Limited Platform Use: After your subscription expires, your site returns to a Basic free account and the access to paid features ends right away. If your tree exceeds Basic (free) account limits, you can view your tree but you won’t be able to add more individuals to it. Certain features will no longer be available or will be restricted.
