During your Free Trial
During your free trial, you’ll enjoy full access to all the features included in the subscription you are trying out. To start the trial, you’ll need to enter your credit card details. Unless you cancel before your trial expires, your card will be charged automatically when the free trial ends, and your trial will seamlessly convert into a paid subscription. This automatic transition ensures you maintain uninterrupted access to all features.
When starting your free trial, you’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Thank you from MyHeritage”. This email will state how long your trial lasts, so you can easily track when it will expire.

Cancelling Your Free Trial
Cancel your free trial at any time by following these instructions. Please note that cancelling your free trial ends the access of paid features right away.
After Your Free Trial (Upon Cancellation or Expiry)
Limited Platform Use: After your free trial, your site returns to a Basic (free) account and the access to paid features ends right away. If your tree exceeds Basic (free) account limits, you can view your tree but you won’t be able to add more individuals to it. Certain features will no longer be available or will be restricted
