Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any changes to the address after you finished the purchase process.
However, if:
1. You made a major mistake in your address (such as wrong street name or incorrect country), please contact our support team by clicking here and provide us with the correct address (ensure you are logged into your account for the link to work properly). Our team will then cancel the order and ship a completely new kit (with no extra charge) to the new address, once this is done you will receive a notification from our team via e-mail.
2. You made a minor mistake (such as a slight misspelling of street, name, postal code), please be reassured that in our experience, the courier will most likely still deliver your order. In the rare event that the DNA order doesn’t reach you, please get in touch with us — we will send you a replacement DNA kit free of charge.
