The title of the email is "Promethease Report". Please make sure to check your Spam folder!
Promethease reports are exclusively provided via the email attachment as MyHeritage does not store your raw DNA data and once your reports are ready and the email has been sent to you, the data is immediately deleted from our servers.
The Promethease report is most compatible with the Google Chrome browser, and we recommend opening it in Google Chrome on a computer rather than on a mobile device.
