Has my sample arrived at the lab?

We have noticed that although most DNA samples arrive within 1-2 weeks, there have also been many cases where it takes close to a month for the lab to receive the DNA sample, even within the United States. Therefore, we kindly request that you wait another additional 1-2 weeks to check if your kit is listed as "Received at the lab".

Note:

If you are checking for the tracking information on the post office website, please note that it may take a few days after the post office says the sample has been delivered for us to upload it into our system. Only then it will appear in our tracking page as "received at the lab". That may also explain why one of your samples has been confirmed as received, while the other has not yet.

In the unlikely event that there are no updates after a month or so, please contact us by clicking on "No" by the question at the end of this page, and fill in the contact form. Please provide the kit code(s) and the date when you shipped the kit(s) to the lab.
