Juline Margrethe ParmResidence: 1901 - Kristiania, Norge
Juline Margrethe Parm was a Norwegian Christian leader, teacher, scout leader and prison director. She founded Norway's YWCA Scouts in 1920 and became the "scout leader". Parm remained involved with the scout movement for the rest of her life, although scout work was banned during German occupation of Norway in World War II. Parm received the King's Medal of Merit in gold in 1945 for her exceptional bravery and leadership during the Nazi occupation of Denmark in World War II.
