There are several subscriptions that MyHeritage offers, such as a Premium or PremiumPlus site subscription and a Data subscription to research historical records and content.
If you have purchased both a site subscription and a Data subscription at the same time, you will see both transactions on your account.
Here is the difference between those subscriptions:
The Premium and PremiumPlus subscriptions allow you to grow your family tree beyond 250 individuals and access special features and services such as increased storage space, priority email support and confirm Smart Matches.
A Data subscription gives you full access to the MyHeritage Search Engine, a genealogy search engine that contains millions of records from thousands of collections. With a Data subscription, you can use not only our search engine but also Record Matches and the Record Detective.
If you think that you have been charged twice, please check first if you don't actually have two active MyHeritage subscriptions:
1. Log in to your family site and click on your name in the right upper corner of the family site page and select ‘My Purchases’.
2. On the left-hand side, click on ‘Site subscriptions’ to check if you have an active site subscription. You can click on ‘View details' to see whether it’s Premium or PremiumPlus and the subscription’s expiry date:
3. Then select ‘Data subscriptions’ on the left hand-side to check if you have an active Data subscription:
If you think that you have been charged twice for the same service, please contact us and provide all the relevant details (preferably the relevant credit card statement).
