If you bought a MyHeritage DNA Health kit, you will receive your results approximately 3–4 weeks after your DNA sample arrives at our lab.
If you’ve upgraded your existing MyHeritage DNA kit to receive health reports, there are two possible scenarios:
a. If your DNA kit was processed using MyHeritage’s GSA chip, which is the case if your ancestry results were provided to you in April 2019 or later, your Health reports will be ready in a few days. In the U.S., it may take up to one week because of additional review by the physician network PWNHealth.
b. If your DNA kit was processed using MyHeritage’s Omni chip, which is the case if your ancestry results were provided to you before April 2019, you will need to buy a new Ancestry kit along with the health upgrade.
We will notify you by email when your health reports are ready, and you’ll be able to access them securely on the MyHeritage website.
