How do I invite members to my Family site from Family Tree Builder?

To invite new members to your family site using the Family Tree Builder software (FTB), please follow these instructions:


1. Open the Family Tree Builder program on your computer.


2. On the upper menu bar click on ‘Sync (publishing)’ and select ‘My Sites’.



3. In the window that opens you will see the list of your existing family sites.

4. Choose which family site you would like to invite members to, and then click on ‘Invite members’.

5. You can then fill in the details and email addresses of those you wish to invite. When you are ready for the invitations to be sent, please click on ‘Send invitations’.

6. Click ‘Done’ when finished.

Important note:

Accounts at MyHeritage.com are created using an email address in order to provide a unique log in for each account.
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

This means that the same email address cannot be used twice, as two accounts cannot share the same log in details.
