Can anyone tell me why MyHeritage claims that the amount of space I have left for storing photos reduces all the time despite the fact that no additional photos have been uploaded? I've see free space fall from 20% down to 7% without uploading any new images!
No, nothing new has been added. Each day when I log in it has gone down a little more. I have emailed support but get no reply - I'm not keen to upgrade until it's sorted though.
