My family members had problems logging in. They could log into the website fine at first but now they can't (but some could).
My question is do they use the same password as me or do they have their own password?

The members has their own password. If one of your members forgot his passowrd, ask him/her to go to MyHeritage and click on log in > Forgot my password.
