I create a tree and get sent an email to say it is ready to view . click on the link PDF opens and its blank !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted on here before and sent 2 emails to support . NO ANSWER in 3 weeks

Does anyone get a reply from this site or do I need to move back to Genes
