I dont know if this is a wind up, but,
She should use the same email and password that she had with the old computer.
you can log onto myheritage from any computer in the world with the email and password that she has.
Hi!
Once she has logged in with her old information, she can click on the MyProfile button on the top right of the screen and edit her profile and change her email address and password.

Sorry, not to hijack this thread but why can't we use the same email to other member of the family (often spouses)?
I always get the same message:
Hi Daniel,
Thank you for writing to us.
Accounts at MyHeritage.com are created using a person’s email address as the unique log in for that account.
Two different accounts cannot share the same log in.
It is necessary to invite each member with a different email address.
We know that many couples share the same email address. We are sorry, but cannot make exceptions in this case.
