Trying to log in to Live Chat but the chat window disappears and at the bottom of the page, I see that it is constantly trying to connect.
The problem is that evidently you dropped my 2 year old site from Premier to Regular status. I was one of the original users and got that status automatically. Now I am locked out of both my sites because combined I have too many people. I want to cancel my old site. How do I do that?????

Still no answer to my question! I used to get very quick responses to my questions. I've been on here for over two years. Now it seems that all they want is upgrade, upgrade, upgrade. Someone somehow added another file onto my site with over 700 names, which pushed me over my 2500! I don't even know what names they are because I can't open my site without UPGRADING!!!! This is BS.
Just as I end this, I get an email saying that they removed my original site, which had the extra people on plus duplicates of every one. Don''t know how that happened either and I never could get an explanation from them.
Firstly, I am sorry that it has taken us a few days to respond. There have been some holidays here.
I see that you have two family sites under your account: Witman Web Site (a basic family site), which has been removed, due to a request by you, and the Witman Clan of Reading Pa Web Site, which is a Premium family site, upgraded to Premium for two years, until Jan 4 2011.
Let's try and sort out whatever problems you are having. Please tell me what you would like to do with your sites.
Using the Witman Clan site as the only site is ultimately what I wanted. Earlier conversations (months ago) told me that I could not switch my Premium site (Witman Site) to the Clan site. I was told that I had to keep both............ This is more reasonalble.
Now I am only confused by the time limit on the Premium status.... I was under the impression, as a 'founding user' that Premium status would be retained for life.
Also, did you reduce the allowed number of people for the basic plan?
Firstly, let me explain that we have not changed the limit for the basic plan in the past two years. I am sorry, but all subscriptions last for a certain amount of time, and when they are expired, sites go back to being basic sites.
If you would like, I can switch the Premium upgrade from the site that it is on now to the Witman Clan site.
Please let me know if that is what you would like to do.
Now I am really confused. You said I HAD two sites and you removed one of them and left the other one in place. That is the Witman Clan of Reading Pa site. You also said that it was the Premium site. I said that is the way I wanted it. Don't change anything.
Secondly I know when I first subscribed to 'My Heritage', I was given the Premium status for life since I was one of the initial subscribers. That was over 4 years ago. Since then nothing has ever been communicated about paying to continue my subscription. It sounds as if I will be leaving you in January. ;o(
