How do I dele the unknowns from my tree? I tried using the delete but they are still there. Would someone please help me I am really frustrated and I don't want to have to start all over been at this too long
I'm having the same problem and just wrote an inquiry directly to "support". The inability to delete the unknowns has really brought things to a standstill on my site. I made the unfortunate error of adding the wrong children to a second wife, and now have a long list of unknowns that I can't get rid of to correct the error. If I learn anything, I'll try to let you know. Please do likewise. Thanks , Roy
I AGREE!!! What a pain... I have tried now for an hour to even figure out HOW to delete a person - I have a duplicate - and there is no way to delete a person once entered.
Also, still can't figure out how to MOVE people within a tree - the youngest child is now listed FIRST....aaarrrrrggghhhhh
