How do I delete my site from the internet

Hi,

I am shown that you have a Premium site,

which is paid for until 2011.  

Why do you want to delete it?

is there anything wrong with it?

Hi ,

 Have taken your programme of my computer as it keeps locking it up.  Message comes on when searching to say not eniugh memory.  It is impossible to use any other programme.  I therefore ask that you cancel my subscription and refund any money taken from my account.

Hi Jean,

This 'No memory' bug will be fixed on our next version, which should be released very soon.

In the meanwhile, you can disable Smart Research, and keep using Family Tree Builder without any trouble.

to do that, Please close FTB,

 

find your main.cfg file, which is found in

Programfiles\Myheritage\Cfg\main.cfg

 

Edit the file with note pad,

And edit this line:

 

"SmartResearch","MaxConcurrentRequests",I,"5"

 change it from 5 to 0. 

Save the file, and re-open FTB.

 

If you don't want to use the work around, and would rather cancel the upgrade, let me know and I will take care of it.

Hi, thanks for reply, I would rather wait until you have an update as my computer is working ok at moment and am inclined not to restore myheritage programme until you have an upgrade.  So would be obliged if you could arrange cancellation of my account and return any monies paid back to my Bank Account.
