Have taken your programme of my computer as it keeps locking it up. Message comes on when searching to say not eniugh memory. It is impossible to use any other programme. I therefore ask that you cancel my subscription and refund any money taken from my account.
Hi, thanks for reply, I would rather wait until you have an update as my computer is working ok at moment and am inclined not to restore myheritage programme until you have an upgrade. So would be obliged if you could arrange cancellation of my account and return any monies paid back to my Bank Account.
