pictures will not load - Forums

Hi, could you please advise as to why my person pictures will not load. This feature was fine before, I think iot occured when I update the new family tree builder. I have checked my photo limit and I am still within the allowable total, please help

hi , yes I am unable to attach a personal photo to any person in my shaw family site, like I said before the feature use to work perfectly. I have not tried to load any pics onto my other sites. Hope this helps

I see you have 3 trees on that site.

the largest tree, has many personal photos.

Are you trying to add new personal photos in Family Tree Builder,

but when you publish some are not showing in the site?

please be more specific.

yes i am trying to add to family tree builder into my largest site the shaw family. Photo will add to family tree builder but there is no menu available to attach person photo to a person.

After you add the photo, go to the Edit photo details menu (just double click on the photo), then go to the associations tab.

associate the photo to the relevant person, and check the 'personal photo'

check box.
