I would also like to know how to delete a person from the family tree--I have not found a way to remove someone yet. I have a divorce happening and would prefer to not see this person included in my tree any longer. Can you tell me how you deleted someone? I'd gladly live with a wasted space rather than see this person :)
Do you see the delete option when you view the actual tree? I've tried looking at my list of family members and my tree but I see no way to delete someone
When you delete someone from your family tree that is a connecting person- they have descendants that are attached to them, they will not be completely deleted, and will show as unknown.
To fully delete someone, please use the connect/remove connection feature to remove the connecting line, so that the person in question has no descendants and can then be fully deleted:
I posted a picture of my brother in my family tree with all info on him.....I sent a request to his wifes email to join....which she did.....but she also set up her on site on myheritage and copies my brothers info and now she is manager to it and his picture shows up on part of my site with her name on it......this should not happen on anyones site when they are manager of it.....this has pissed me off. So much for being a manager of your site if you can't control who steals what....even if it is your family.........I am displeased with your site....
I am sorry, but unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for which people someone puts in their family tree.
Personal information can be posted by a family member who has that information, anywhere on the Web and not just on MyHeritage.
My best advice for you is to change your privacy settings, so that people that are not invited members, will not be able to access your site information.

I assume that you don't publish from FTB as that would make your online copy in a read-only state.
The best way to syncronize your ftb copy with the online version would be to let FTB use the new Restore option in File menu and select Restore from online ....
If you want to delete a photo you have attached to someone in your tree, you can do that by clicking on the "gear" icon in the lower right hand side of photo.
If, like me, you want to delete photos that are in albums...I can't find a way to0 delete those, so I hope someone answers that question .
I had the same problem. Try to "tag" that picture. It then gets attached to the person's record to whom you tag the picture (such as yourself), and once the picture got attached, you can delete it in tree mode.
How can I send my tree by e-mail to others members of my family? The Microsoft Outlook say that de message was susseccefully delivered to the destination listed bellow, but the receiver can't open the annexed message. Thks.
They need a program that will open a gedcom file(I am assuming that's the way you sent it). Family Tree Builder is a good program that does that. There are others. Just do a google search.
Did you know that you can download windows on a mac after you successfully do that you can download any program meant for a PC . theres a free program on your mac that lets you do just that. but here is the thing you need to buy a disk for windows 7 . look for better yet call your mac tech and ask him to help you do that if you still have free support on your mac. what it does is partition your mac to have both mac and regular PC on the same computer . you can change to one or the other . do research on it.
