John was a Revolutionary War Soldier
John & Elizabeth "Betsy" Prayl, married: 6 May 1780

Children: ??

LOVINIA
RICHARD

MARTIN

**AMBROSE (my gggrandfather, b: 1788, Fauquier County, Virginia, D: abt: 1850, Washington County, Kentucky. Ambrose went to Garrard, Kentucy where he served in the War of 1812, he turned to Viginia and married TABITHA BRIDWELL in Culpeper County, Virginia, Dec 1817.

NANCY (died before 1821, left two children. Fanny b: abt: 1806 & Maria b: abt: 1811. Grandparents, John and Elizabeth (Betsy) cared for these children after Nancy's death.)

JOHN JR, b: abt 1783
THOMAS, b: 1799 (Married, SALLY DODD, 23 May 1820)
