Ward Family

My name is Kimberly and I started this site.This site was created using MyHeritage.com.    Our Ganong family tree dates back to the early 17th C in American history and includes nearly all aspects of the North American historical experience.   Our ancestors include early colonists of New York, Rhode Island, Michigan and Quebec, veterans of all major early wars from (possibly) the French and Indian War to WWI-  Loyalists and Patriots, Filles-du-roi and trappers, pioneers of the the midwest, farmers, loggers and fishermen; immigrants from France, the Netherlands, England, Germany and Scandinavia, (maybe a Mohican chief); and a few scoundrels, bootleggers and bastards.  We have it all.   Wherever possible I have tried to verify sources through geneological organizations, original birth records, grave sites, and first person accounts. The site was last updated on Apr 2 2021, and it currently has 1 registered member(s).
