My name is BEN STOOP and I started this site.

The genealogical research was done by my late father, Prof Jan Stoop (*31 September 1925; † 27 August 2007) who, together with my mother (Hettie Stoop), visited archives, government offices and members of the Stoop-family over the length and breath of South Africa and Namibia over many years. This website was made possible by their dedication and hard work.
