Every time I try to merge date from a Smart Search, I receive an error that states "error retrieving personal data". When I first purchased the program, it worked great. I could search, click on merge and it would pull the information into my Family Tree. Ove the past few weeks, I have begun receiving the error message. I have tried emailing My Heritage a few times over the past 3 weeks, but have not received a response. Thank you to anyone that is willing to give advise on how I might be able to fix the problem.
