Missing pieces
I am missing any links behind may paternal grandfather born in 1876 in Baja, Hungary. His name was Izidor Silman possibly spelled Isidor and Sillmann or Sillman or even Schilman. I have been able to trace the family name back to a Hungarian priest albeit on Izidor's side the family is completely Jewish. Most of my fathers 12 siblings were lost/killed during the Holocaust in WW2. Any help I can get to provide my children with a family. I am in touch with some distant relatives in Hungary and Israel, but I cannot go back beyond 1876 on Isidor's side. Any input or help I can get would be appreciated.
