My name is Maury Sumlin and I am the Site manager of this site. I am the son of J.B. Sumlin, the grandson of J.C. Sumlin and Bessie D. Washington, the great grandson of Lewis Sumlin & Cora Harper and Link Washington & Pinky Lee Rowe, and the great great nephew of Hugh and Lovie Thomas. Hopefully by looking at my lineage you can see how we are related. This site was created using MyHeritage.com. This is a great system that allows anyone like you and I to create a site for their family and even publish their family tree on the Internet.The family tree is a "work in progress" and I will need  all of your help. You can add information (names, photos, dates of birth, dates of death, etc.) to the family tree yourself. I started this site with the photos of my family, simply because those were the ones I had readily available.
