My name is Scott McClure and I started this site.My paternal ancestors are primarily Scots-Irish who emmigrated to Ontario about 200 years ago. My maternal ancestors are a mix of Scottish, English, German and Swedish. My maternal grandfather's family spent about 300 years in Virginia. My maternal grandmother's parents were emigrants, my G-Grandfather from Sweden and his wife was a German from the Odessa area in Ukraine.
