Five times-dccoratcd First Lieutenant Frank Bonvillian, 24, of Laportc, Texas, was accused of the premeditated murder of an Oriental male by shooting him at Than Sone hamlet, 300 miles cast of Saigon last August. Bonvillian offered no plea and the judge ordered the trial to reopen as a general court martial on March 2, to let witnesses come from the US.
