Android devices
The newest version of the MyHeritage app is supported on devices with Android 8.0 (Oreo) and up. Users with older operating system will be able to download our old mobile app through the Google Play store.
iOS devices
The newest version of the MyHeritage app is supported on all iPhones and iPads with iOS or iPadOS 17.6 and up. Users with older iOS versions can download the old version of the app via the App store.
The device must be touch-enabled and have a high definition screen.
