To download a photo album from your family site, please do as follows:
1. On your family site, place your mouse on the 'Photos' tab and click on 'My photos':
2. Click ‘Albums’ on the left to open the list of the photo albums you currently have on your site.
3. Click on the album you would like to download, and then click on the arrow-down icon next to the album’s title.
4. Select ‘Download album’.
The album will be downloaded into a .zip file.
