If you have confirmed a Smart Match in the past, and believe it is not actually correct and would like to undo the confirmation, please follow the steps below:
1. Filter down the matches by ‘Confirmed’:
2. Click on ‘Review X match’:
3. On the Match Page, click again on the 'Review match' button:
4. On the Review Match page, click on the link 'Undo confirm' on the top left side of the match:
Note:
Unconfirming a Smart Match will not remove the information from that match that has already been extracted to and saved on your family tree.
